How does LullaFeed work?

LullaFeed uses soothing lullabies to reward and encourage your baby during feeding. Simply press the center button to play music while your baby is feeding, and pause it when they stop. Over time, your baby learns that feeding keeps the music going — and because they love lullabies, they're motivated to keep at it.

How do I attach my LullaFeed to the bottle?

LullaFeed easily attaches to most commonly used bottles. Simply slide LullaFeed onto the bottom of your bottle until it feels secure. If it feels snug, gently twist as you slide it on.

Remember: attach LullaFeed to your bottle only after warming the milk. Do not heat the device or place it in a bottle warmer. Remove it from your bottle after feeding and before cleaning.

How can I clean my LullaFeed?

Keep your LullaFeed clean by wiping it regularly with a damp cloth using warm, soapy water. While LullaFeed is designed to withstand getting wet, it should not be fully submerged in water and should never be cleaned in a dishwasher or boiled.

How do I charge my LullaFeed?

Charge your LullaFeed by connecting a USB-C cable to the port on the side of the device. It will reach a full charge after around 4 hours, providing a minimum of 8 hours of usage, or at least 2 full days of feedings. While charging, you’ll see a red blinking light. Once it’s at least 80% charged, the light will blink green.

When 100% charged, the light will stop blinking and stay green. To conserve battery life, turn off LullaFeed by pressing and holding the main button. As it powers down, the light will turn white and then fade to dark.

What is the Lullaby Library?

Explore the Lullaby Library to personalize your playlist. Add, remove, or rearrange lullabies as you like. To start, select a song from the ALL library and record YOUR voice to comfort your baby during feeding.

Remember, babies prefer familiar voices like their parent(s) more than a stranger’s voice—your voice is their favorite, so don’t worry if you don’t think you’re a “good” singer! After you’ve selected your lullaby and recorded it, then add it to the playlist. Once you’ve got a few songs added to the playlist, sync it over to the LullaFeed for your baby to enjoy during their next feeding!

What should I do if I have issues pairing LullaFeed with my mobile device?

If you’re having trouble pairing, first ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and LullaFeed is in pairing mode (slow blinking blue light). Try these steps:

  1. Reset LullaFeed by holding the power button for 10 seconds,
  2. Remove LullaFeed from your device’s Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing,
  3. Close and restart the LullaFeed app.

If issues persist, ensure your device’s operating system is up to date and you’re using the latest version of the LullaFeed app.

Why is my lullaby track not playing or skipping?

Sometimes a track will not play or will skip to the next track and a red light will appear on the device. If you see this, it is due to a syncing issue. To fix, connect your phone to your LullaFeed and sync your playlist again. Remember: keep your phone and your LullaFeed device near each other until the sync completes.

Why is my LullaFeed not charging? Why do I see a red blinking light?

Your LullaFeed is equipped with a moisture detection feature in the charging port. If moisture has collected in the charging port, the device will not charge and you will see a red blinking light. Allow your LullaFeed to sit out on a table or surface to let the moisture evaporate.
