Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Lost or stolen packages
LullaFeed is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office and reach out to us at hello@lullafeed.com and we'll do our best to help.
