Refund policy

If LullaFeed doesn't work for your family, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be in original condition and original packaging, with your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@lullafeed.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & defective items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can make it right. Return shipping is on us for defective or damaged items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@lullafeed.com.
